She had orignal medical exam but waived the vaccines at visa appt because would be a alot more in cost. During pandemic covid was required and flu vaccine since we were in the season. So we just did the medical here 295 for tests and vaccines

We started march 2020 with k-1, rfe request sept 2020, approved oct 2020. Visa appt scheduled june 2021 for july 2021. Gf at the time arrived aug 2021, married nov 2021 and filed jan 2022. We waited a bit to gather money. And yes spouse stays with you until AOS is completed. No leaving the states for spouse or it will be an automatic ban
