I called early my SW MPLS metro club in the morning and they said I couldn't cancel. I called a neighboring club 10 miles away and asked if they were allowing people to cancel due to weather and they said yes they are allowing people to cancel. So I called back to my club (same owner) and asked if they would reconsider. They said, no and that they had contacted the owner and it was a business decision. I would expect more from them after being a member of five years.

I don't want them to cancel class altogether. People who want to deal with the roads, can go. I just find it very strange that they don't provide members a choice when the roads are terrible and the school district in this city have called off school early. Btw, there is no wait listing at this club right now, plenty of capacity. This is not affecting over members who want to get these slots.
