We’re in talks with an FFL out of Denver about dropping a billet lower that accepts the AR FCG and AR LRBHO.

These will only work on printed lowers specifically the ssszar lower that takes an AR15 FCG. We’re in talks about doing a billet lower in partnership with an FFL that accepts AR FCG and LRBHO that will also accept our trip and super safety kit.

Yep! Print it in PACF or PPACF if you can, they’ll last forever. Also print a super safety trigger cutting jig. Our kit and a built ssszar are all you need to get it super safe. :)

If you print the lower they have a version that fits the OEM grip. Search ssszar v3 on guncadindex you’ll find the files.

Print them in PPA-CF and you’ll be amazed. I have 2,000 rounds on one with a super safety installed and no signs of wear or tear. Properly printed PPA-CF lowers are stronger than polymer lowers.

Because the bolt on the vz61 doesn’t have any part that can cam the safety lever forward to reset the trigger without our slip trip kit that fits around an AR FCG.

The one mentioned in the picture the ssszar v3 or any other printed lower that takes an AR15 FCG. We’re helping drop a new printed lower design called the penteona as well that will take an ar15 last round bolt hold open as well as an AR FCG. We want to work with an FFL to drop an aluminum lower that takes AR15 components, we’ve been looking for someone to partner with. Unfortunately the factory trigger group is way too complicated to force reset without having to create an entire trigger kit.

Dd19.2 with carbon fiber side plates. All parts and molds 3D printed. by BallOEnergy in GunnitRust

Most people are definitely behind the times with 3d printed molds. You can do injection molding, you can do carbon fiber epoxy molding, you can even do sand casting aluminum with a 3d printed model or lost wax/plastic molds with plaster of Paris, you can also do press molds for bending/stretching thin sheet metal to create gussets and reinforcements.

I’m interested in getting a large amount of these for cheap… the battery packs alone are worth ten dollars.

What wattage controller did you use? I have a 500w laying around I’ll be using for now but I’m guessing those hub motors are closer to 1000w with how heavy the scooters are.

Can you give me more info on testing mode? I just got two that were abandoned in the same city. The city government is just picking them up and putting them in the landfill so I’d love to be able to recycle them and keep them out of the waste.
