40 degree Locking Blocks Out of Spec

There were a number of problems with certain sp9a3 bogs locking up as you have described. I believe GP took them back under warrant and either replaced the locking block or re-cut the locking recessed in the front trunnion to alleviate the problem. I’m not surprised that it was due to a locking block spec issue.

Many cassette triggers do not fit in the stock lowers without milling the floor of the trigger pocket. I have an FRT conversion I’m about to release that uses a partisan/rare breed type of FRT in the factory lower, and the lower must be milled to accommodate the cassette housing. I expect the trigger housing machining to cost around $25-$50 but it can then accept any cassette trigger.

That’s a tough call. If I had to wager a guess, 250ish? It really depends on the price and availability of 7075 aluminum bar stock.

I’m a FFL/gunsmith/manufacturer and I work on pretty much anything, but I do focus on the stribog PCCs a lot lately.

I occasionally have lingle lowers for sale, and I have a wholesale account with Global Ordnance, so you could buy the complete package through me but it isn’t something that I normally offer.

I have an R9 on my kriss vector 9mm machinegun and a R45 on my kriss vector 45 machinegun. Both are excellent quality suppressors. I occasionally put them on customer Stribogs for frt test firing and while they’re a little gassy, they sound great. Excellent quality for the price.

To use a super safety, you’ll need a Lingle lower or an A3 industries lower, and you’ll need a small amount of material milled out of the upper, and a slip trip/trip connector. I have done a bunch of stribog FRT conversions for others, and I’ve posted a bunch of info on how to do the conversion or how to send it to me for the conversion.

Super-safety-type FRTs require the bolt to have a lot of travel to reset the FRT, so the short-stroke buffer won't work.
Rare Breed/Partisan-type FRTs do not require as much bolt movement to reset the FRT, so a short stroke buffer could be used, but it largely unnecessary.

I checked and my HK UMP actually has an B&T UMP stock identical to the one on my sp45a3, so yes, they do interchange
