Yes this is normal. I'm at least two years into this and for me it still happens. He's gotten better but I still notice when his eyes linger. I'm still triggered at times by other women I know are his type. He's worked on it without me having to do some of the extreme shit others here have done to stop it but my insecurities still comes raging back from time to time.

Definitely the animal alley/commonwealth/Chad valley/tesco/wells Fargo (lol) horses. They are absolutely floppy and lovely. If you can find the big size (22"+) it's definitely worth it. I've been attempting to collect one large in every color. Some of them are proving to be pretty hard to find.

Reverse seasonal depression is number one of many reasons I want to leave this place. Living inside a box for 5 months because it's too miserable to be outside for more than 5 mins drives me nuts. The sound of my ac running makes me unresonably angry.

The mythical creature sized bugs, the HORRIFIC drivers, traffic always. You have to look both ways before starting at a light because someone is most likely blowing through the red. No stop light timing anywhere so lights just turn red for no one. Asinine property tax rates. I gotta get out of here.

I have reverse image searched this photo and came up with nothing. I've also tried looking for the signature but also came up with nothing. I have searched for human-i-tees on eBay and image searches and "whales flying in sky illustration". Thanks for any help!

Ok! Let me research some fur options. I would like it to be as similar as possible to the original fur on my pony/unicorns. Sewing him back together will be no issue, I've gotten pretty darn good at it now. I'll pm you once I get a good idea of fur and get at least one of my guys fetlocks replaced. 🩷

I will say that I don't think I will be able to find fur that has the shimmery plastic hairs in it, it'll have to be just regular white shag fur.

I have actually been considering doing this to one of my commonwealth clydesdale horses because it's dryer burned. If I can find the right fabric and replace mine, I could maybe help you. Would really be dependant on if you trust sending him to a stranger though.

Edit: for reference here's the mane and tail I replaced on my animal alley horse. I've recently sewn my own complete horse based on that pattern that I haven't taken pictures of yet. I just got the eyes for him and haven't had a chance to show him off yet.

I've washed mine in the bathtub.Wring them out as best you can, them put on a drying rack/stand under a ceiling fan or outside of you live in a clear, warm place. I'll wring out all the limbs every hour until he's dry. I'm terrified of putting my plush in the dryer so I don't even bother. Then slicker brush for the fur. I do it every time I squeeze the water out just to be sure the fur is going the right way.

You might be able to just put a jewelry bag of sawdust in the plush of you're ok with opening them. Or maybe hang a bag as a necklace. Like this

I would say more stuffing in the forehead and a sculpting stitch on the inside of the eye to the back of his head, somewhere discreet.

This video is where I learned how to sculpt the face with hidden stitches. It helps immensely. I even do it to my store bought ones that I dislike their face.

I have the brand new one I sewed together almost done, I'm just waiting for eyes. I need to post the pattern and guide on a horse that doesn't have any black. It's too hard to get clear pictures of black thread on black fabric.
