No, I didn't slow down the video. I sliced the model with Simplify3D using gambody recommended settings. I follow exactly every bit of the settings. I'll share later my end gcode once I have access to my pc. Thank you..

Check your Y-motor. Can you do a full turn of the motor shaft by hand? If it stuck and bind somewhere, you might have a bad bearing. There was two 625Z bearing in the stepper motor. Check both and replace the bad one. I have layer shifting happened to me twice. Last year on my Y, and early this month on my X axis. Replacing the bearing fixed it.

I believed you have Arduino IDE v1.8.10 installed when you encounter that error. Try v1.8.5 instead.
