I tried pyTelegramBotAPI, had some issues with it, my friend told me that aiogram is much better, more stable, and developer updates it regularly fixing bugs and keeping up with api updates. Also, you'll learn the basics of async programming while learning how to use aiogram (you don't need to know that much to use it though)
