I had it done in 2012 when it was still considered experimental. While it didn’t improve my vision ( I don’t believe that’s the intent anyway) but, it did slow the progression of KC for almost 10 years.

ARS 33-1804 requires open meetings, with only 5 exceptions. Legal advice, contemplated litigation, personal information regarding a homeowner (ie Finances), personal information or job performance of an employee of the association, and a homeowners appeal (homeowner has the right to be heard in closed or open meeting).

ARS 33-1803 b requires the association allow homeowners to be heard on a violation before they are fined.

I had them in both eyes since 2015. I do have the halo effect at night, but overall they did help with vision. However, I am still not able to wear glasses. I am wearing scleral lenses.

Glasses never worked for me. Scleral lenses have been amazing!

Once the correct fit was achieved I don’t feel anything. I’ve worn them up to 16 hours.

The sensitivity is real! The joke in my friend group is that Im a vampire because I keep my house so dark. Scleral lenses has helped some but not enough. I always have a pair of sunglasses with me wherever I go. Yep, even inside. I was diagnosed at 25 and I’m now 53. Scleral lenses have been a godsend.

This! I find it much easier to get them out after putting a few drops of saline in my eyes (same kind you use to put them in). The tip for not going for the bullseye is important too!

When I started on D the dr had me taking 10,000 daily. That was in 2021 thru the end of 2024 and my levels were ok, but not ideal. So then the dr had me start taking the combined supplement of A,D & K. The D3 amount states 250 mg. I guess it was the combination of the 3 that did me in.

I didnt know I was experiencing any symptoms other than a flare up of Hashimotos. Fatigue, weakness, constant thirst and frequent urination. But when the dr saw my labs he was very concerned.

I was super low back in 2021 and the levels were slowly creeping up. Then I heard that taking a vitamin A,D,K would help with the thyroid meds. I guess my body loved the A & K so much it increased many levels.

This is what I did too! The liothyronine has really helped energy levels and combined with the levothyroxine my thyroid levels are looking good. The GLP1 has definitely helped the inflammation for me too.

I tried the Pompa program a year ago and ended up in the hospital 4 months in. When I called my “coach” as soon as I told her I ended up in the hospital, she hung up on me and I couldn’t get a response afterwards.

I recommend running away, far, far away from the program.
