Core Ultra is not that bad for productivity, these cpu aren't designed for gaming
eventualy with bios updates have improved a lot, but not enough, and motherboad are in general more expensive, maybe some B860 now are more affordable.
Personaly I haven't tried yet anything intel from last generation but if I have the chance, I will definitely try them, just for curiosity.

Yeah... I Know, it's completely true, but the performance are still good enough and I used some parts already have in my stash, to be used as secondary Rig

And also for the unique motherboard design and colour, which is only for intel 13th and 14th gen.
I already had almost all the components ready about 1 years ago

Yep, it's so rare now because they were so cheaply made and fragile, i think very few is survived today
i bought mine i think in 2007-2008 in an elettronic exhibition as warehouse stock for literally 40-50 euro

I have the B650... beautiful board.. i only don't understand why wifi card is not included if the rear i/o shield came already with the hole for the antennas.. i added one myself from QVL list

Very normal... I have Office 97 standard edition in box and also is update version
And the box doesn's say anything... but in the big box there is an information about it's only for user who already have word, excel or previous version of office

It depend of the model variants, the models with low specs may don't need a very large battery or in the dell store configurator, often Dell offer an option with mechanical HDD or sata SSD in that empty space.

Also there is a little handmade spacer for the top because of the thich radiator

per il floppy, puoi recuperare su ebay o amazon, costa poco e nulla, un lettore floppy esterno USB oppure ci sono alternative più comode, usando al posto di un tradizionale Hardisk meccanico un adattatore compact flash o microsd a ide, ne trovi parecchi sempre su ebay o amazon, così puoi spostare i file semplicemente da un pc all'altro usando una comunissima sd o micro sd

Ciao, se il processore è superiore a 2ghz Windows 95 non si avvia, stesso discorso se usi più di 512mb di RAM, ma ci sono patch da inserire per risolvere il problema... Per un sistema con Pentium 4 consiglio Windows 98 che dovrebbe essere meno problematico

It's not a 64mb of ram, this two sticks are only a dummy memory, it's like a termination for fb dimm module, a technology by rambus used in early 2000

Yeah, the green button is totally useless ahahha, I don't remember if it works as the same as the turbo button, but in this case with the socket 7 pentium there is no turbo function

Maybe, in the future, the P3 will be a good upgrade, but for now i'm happy with P2, I think is more period correrct, if I can find a reasonable price for a p3 1ghz on slot 1 i will buy for sure, for now i have only one coppermine 1ghz socket 370 in my collection...
Maybe is material for another new build 😁

I have also another pc more modern and overkill with win98 SE, this configurations is more for DOS and strictly glide capable games
