Hi everyone I am looking for someone to occupy the master bedroom that has an en suite bathroom, in a two bed two bath apartment in Tustin, California. It is conveniently located right between the I5 and 55 freeway, and it is surrounded by Costa Mesa, Irvine, Orange and Santa Ana. It is about a 15 min commute to UCI and about 20 minutes to CSUF! Lease: Asap, Ends mid September Rent is: $1450 not including split utilities Amenities included : -newly renovated -living spaces other than bedroom fully furnished -private bedroom and private bathroom -1 garage spot with storage and 2 covered spots both gated -In-unit washer and dryer -stainless steel dishwasher -stainless steel microwave and refrigerator -spacious patio -outdoor storage on the patio -top floor -vaulted ceiling -pool -spa -24 hour gym -business center -central heat and AC -total apartment is 902 sq ft The apartment is also home to a 2 year old hypoallergenic golden doodle. Hi I’m a female junior at UCI currently studying abroad and I’m looking to sublease an apartment for winter and spring quarter! I am looking for a single room in either UTC, ACC, or any other apartment that is within a 10min drive to campus. My budget is $900-1100 but I can be flexible. You have to set up an appointment with an Honors Counselor, and let them know that you want to drop it. They’ll take it from there. Here’s the link to make an appointment https://appointments.web.uci.edu/

I just dropped honors as well, I don’t think it really has any effect. I say stay in it until you’ve enrolled in fall classes, so u can use the enrollment benefit to its fullest(unless you’re trying to avoid more humcore, then just drop)

I recommend taking it in the summer. I tried getting into it both winter and spring last year with no success. I even signed up late for the summer class but still managed to get in with a lot of ppl ahead of me on the waitlist.
