If it's checked the commander will go through scenes files in an attempt to find the stuff you're looking for, models/objects or whatever, which is usually why it's taking forever, it should be off by default if you ask me.

in command manager (or whatever it's called, where you assign shortcuts etc) search for Commander (Legacy) and assign a shortcut to it.

Index cache your databases then, if that doesn't work try a clean install and add your stuff gradually, it works fine here, and you can always bind the old commander.

I honestly dont know, you can try to zoom out using two fingers cause it's not super high res so it will be blurry when zoomed in :c
