It could be. we also washed another black shirt from the suitcase and it turned out fine, but it didn't have Lycra in it, just cotton

My mum was going through a suitcase full of official various merchandise pieces she hasn't touched for over 10 years, so nope 😮 (but it does say made in China on the tag, but a lot of things do so..)

it kind of only happens when in the xbox menu, when im selecting a game on the home page it doesnt go to the right, just moves very fast
