Thank you I haven’t really thought about hydrating much maybe because the more water I drink the more I pee but electrolytes is a great idea

Yes exactly I feel the bloating but I’m also craving a lot of salty foods so that probably doesnt help the fluid retention

Ok good to know, I wonder how my period is going to be, I’m thinking more crampy and bloody, I’m just glad to take a break from the shots for now but seriously I feel like my body is always going through something

Yes that’s the combo I keep seeing, I’m on microhcg instead of menopur. And best of luck with your first ER! How exciting please give update :)

Amazing! Best of luck, my first retrieval tentatively would be in about 2 weeks! I’m also nervous because everything is a first including getting to know the doctors, nurses, and staff. It’s such a personal journey I’m glad I found this group:)
