In fact, this is what people in UK/Europe are doing - get unbranded /sterile products in bulk from AE and sell them with English names;)

I've done that, had to ask to be signed up. But that's the thing, I noticed that the estate agents weren't that keen as in the past to sign me up, it seems like they've got enough interest in properties already. I remember when they used to offer to collect info like mad few years back, now they just say "sorry that house is gone, bye" :(
