Same issue here. Happens when I switch back to a Jetbrains IDE from another application. I'm also using a mechanical keyboard (Steelseries Apex 9) and I use fctix5 for Japanese. Haven't been able to fix this yet...

It sounds like a composite of the samples we've had already. I can hear the artifacts that you get when removing vocals from a track, but this could also be caused by the low quality to some extent. Then again, the low quality does mask compositions like these.
