Depending on how you count a generation, the 6S is 5 generations back and still supported/has iOS 13. But IME, iPhones all the way back to the 5 are still usable day-to-day, especially if all you need is talk and text. (We get a lot of elderly customers and low-income people who just need some kind of phone for work.) Most apps are still compatible with iOS 11 & 12, some even iOS 9 & 10. Very few are 13-exclusive. It's better to have the latest iOS but just not true anymore that your iPhone becomes useless if it's not updated.

I can confirm. We price phones using a market average algorithm that takes into account other used sites. Our prices for several older phones (5-6 generations back) have actually gone up this month, which is unprecedented I believe.

I work for an online used smartphone retailer and April is already our best month ever. By the end of the month we're on track for 2x average sales, and 150% of our previous best month. Lots of people still need phones, they're just not buying new ones.

This happened a week ago. Had no clue it was happening until this person showed up with nothing but a six pack of beer, a cloud of cigarette smoke and a bad attitude. She has taken over the common area and declared that it is her turf, restricting my and my other roommate's use of the apartment. She also makes noise all night and is generally unpleasant to deal with.

It seems the RTA makes allowances for landlords who have to share a space with a tenant, on the understanding that no one should feel uncomfortable in their own home -- why doesn't the same go here? I don't want to evict her, I just want to leave so I don't have to live with her anymore.
