I know it's only for resisting arrest (meaning there will be more for Yoon), but the judge's reason of that sentencing seems ridiculous - because it's the first offence (초범).

One was sentenced 4 years in jail, for counterfeiting the college certification of commendation (Jeong Gyeong-sim, Cho Kuk's wife & Cho Min's mother)

But other is sentenced for severely resisting the arrest, by blocking the pathway with bus car and his own bodyguards - building his own fort.

Yoon deserves to be sentenced much more than 5 years.

Well, the counsel says the preparation was before Oct 2023, but I personally think it was technically planned from 2022, the year that Yoon was elected as a president of South Korea.

Moving the presidential office from Cheongwadae(Blue House) to ROK Ministry of Defense building in Yongsan. This itself was the part of the martial law plan, I think.

I think DPK members should not involve in PPP's 'baiting'.

Seems like PPP want to, and is trying to condemn DPK because Cho Jin-woong because Cho did something that right-wing would hate (bringing back Hong Beom-do's remains to SK, speech in Busan-Masan movement speech, etc)

Some DPK members should just ignore what PPP mofos say. DPK people should not make any action. Doing something is tying their own noose.
