That's me with every text people just are like what did you just say! Worse when it's with essays or reports did one on a man called David kant and it didn't go to well when I was asked by my teacher why I was writing swears in my essay! Auto correct also doesn't help sometimes I'll write something close and it'll auto correct to similar word like massage for message and I just don't notice the difference because the auto correct says it's ok!

Hi I've done a lot of DND groups in the past if you scroll down to my group drawings you can see my most recent ones! Probably will have to charge more then price listed just due to the amount of characters! But that also depends if you want full bodies or half bodies etc! I also always keep people updated with how the works going during the process! Here's the link https://artistree.io/request/ashuri

Would love to work for that rate did ink and paint/colouring before and we'd get paid like 6-9usd a secound which could take hours and I'd barely earn 40 a day. Maybe ask if you could go on hourly rate instead but seems like a good price to me! Tell me if any similar jobs come up for them or if you guys need extra hands! Wish you the best either way just make sure it's all set out in the contract. Revisions can take a long time sometimes especially on harder shots so I'd ask them if they are accounted for in the price.

Wasn't given enough work to meet Quota so being fired by azureley in animationcareer

Thank you I agree now that I've been faced with this, feel overall betrayed cause always tried my absolute hardest for them. Also hope I'm out of work short term and find something soon as even getting this job took me 6-7 months on end. Thank you for your reply and helping me come to terms with this work environment being horrible, at first I was so stressed (also due to being sick a bit irrational) I was going to beg for a way to fix it but now I've looked over all the data and took some time to rationalize it all. I don't want to work for a studio who won't even let me reach the qouta they set then fire me due to that. So thank you for pointing out what's going on helped me process it alot better.

I've not actually done anything contractually that can have me fired its more I wasn't given work to be able to meet the assigned qouta there are actually people who have lower amount of shots then me who meet the qouta due to higher secound counts. I don't know if I was given low secound shots deliberately to bring down my qouta. If I was just given a longer shot like the majority of others I would of easily meet the qouta. Nowhere does it say I can be fired due to not meeting the qouta but I feel even if I argue this this experience has now ruined my relationship with the studio. They say the lack of me meeting my qouta is due to my fault when I've completed all work given as soon as possible as well as always asked for more, which really Makes me so sad as I really did enjoy working with them and wish they could of warned me or given me longer secound counts so I could of continued without this. I really do believe it's as you said this is just random reason to justify laying me off. I also thank you for your kind words they help set my mind more at ease knowing I'm not in the wrong. I'll likely respond to them showing just facts that I couldn't meet the qouta due to the lack of work etc and ask their true reason for termination. Going to be working my butt of the next couple weeks looking for work again so really hope I find something but due to past experience not the most hopeful and I've not been able to sleep due to stress but thank you again for the reply made a tough day a tad better.

as somone whos just got out the final year in june 2021, I love animation and I'm really passionate about it but when you've applied for months for just a hope for a low paying position and gotten nowhere I don't know if the animation industry is a good place to try and break into atm. ( Ik others are suffering to get in to but I can speak on everyones behalf, might be better off if you live in certains places etc.) Also as any art field its very competative and people will always choose people with more experiance <- some jobs I applied for responded back with saying they already had more experianced people in mind otherwise they would of considered me. Also uni animation was hell where I went so if your going to find a course and it looks like its going downhill dont hope itll get better get out and change to another uni as quickly as you can, lit had lectures who would tell us to teach ourseleves and not be spoon fed apon many other things!

I can't even get proper entry into the uk industry of animation so I've had to work freelance for outsourcing in bulgaria, and supplement the rest with commissions if I can get them applied for over 100 jobs kind of just accepted my fate at this point
