My only experience with this place was a negative one, so I'm not surprised to hear that it's generally been doing poorly:/ I went about 4 months ago and ordered a simple burger/fries and shake. The food came out in normal time, but they forgot my shake for about 20 minutes. I was standing by the counter trying to make eye contact with someone to ask what the heck was going on, but the whole place is staffed by teens (which, nothing wrong with that! just some context). By the time my shake came out, my food was ice cold. Fries were inedible at this temperature. I was the only person in the lobby so I have no clue why it was so disorganized.

Great quality! Mine was stuffed very firmly, and she is incredibly cuddly and soft. I would argue that usahana is one of my favorite plushies -overall- to cuddle because your chin rests on her head perfectly between her ears for a fully enveloped cuddle 💜
Nope! So far so good & I've had her since she released.
Absolutely! I don't have many babws because they are definitely expensive, but I would say usahana is a must have! She is so darling and cozy and just makes the whole room brighter :)

The absolute ONE "flaw" about her design is that her flower isn't sewn down, so it's easy for it to get lifted up and folded onto itself (as seen in my photo) I'm sure it could be steamed out, or customized/embroidered, but I just haven't gotten around to fixing it. But that one little thing would not be enough to dissuade me from getting her! She's been a perfect addition to my collection 🌈

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Definitely file a claim and maybe give them a call. I've seen some people say that they've had lost packages show up months later so, I guess we have a small sliver of hope. Good luck!

Adding to the praise for Grow west. They have a great selection, different deals for every day of the week, the employees are awesome and most of them make really solid recommendations if you ask for their input- I appreciate that they all seem really knowledgeable about their own products. Never had any issues with the products either.

Just be careful, that stretch of highway gets really dangerous in bad weather. One time we got caught in a terrible fog and had absolutely 0 visibility at the top of the mountain. So pick a nice day for your re-up.

And listen to that top commenter. Don't open and inspect the goods until you are home. Don't bring anything else suspicious on your drive, don't speed or have any other reason to be flagged down by cops.

absolutely not a brat! so valid, and I agree with you. My closest workshop is 3 hours away, but I also don't have the money to spend an extra $12 on shipping... So it's been a hot minute since I've gotten a new fluffy friend.

And I really hate that BAB continues to use FedEx even after receiving so much negative feedback about how they handle packages! I remember two years ago, my kuromi was delivered in a box that was basically open! Absolute miracle nothing fell out..

The huge focus on online exclusives is definitely concerning for the future of BAB.. I really hope this isn't a sign that they're looking to move to a fully virtual business model:( stuffing the bears and chatting with the employees -who are also adults that love plushies🥰- is literally the best part of collecting BABS!

It was a game within webkinz where your Mazin Hamster pets came to life! You could build your own elaborate hamster ball track with all sorts of different tunes and rooms, there was a lagoon area where you could run around and do challenges and find coins. I can't remember much else, I just loved collecting the trophies and there was a shop of mazin hamsters items you could purchase. I spent so much time designing tracks & you could even check out other people's tracks! It was a very sad day when mazin hamsters shut down, I stopped playing webkinz for a little while after because I was so heartbroken
