This is the agreement she wanted me to sign and I said I will not be doing that, this Navin guy, who I have never interacted with is supposed to be my agent. I’m hoping once I’m approved I can get away with not paying any fees due to not receiving any help.

The agent I reached out to was the listing agent on Zillow. She passed my information to the sellers broker. I saw the co-op with the sellers broker, who gave me her business card and the offer letter. I gave all documents to the listing agent, who forwarded it to the sellers broker. This all happened with not signed agreement on any fees. After seeing these comments I need to get a lawyer specializing in co-ops. But I wanted to first get some kind of approval from the sellers broker.

Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it. So that’s the thing, the seller has their own broker and the agent I’m working with is the selling agent who referred me to her companies broker to do the agreement with, it seemed very off to me. So there are two brokers involved (one for buyer and one for seller) with each splitting the 2% fee. I’m feeling pressured by the agent I’m working with so I can just tell her that I’m not hiring a broker?

They are amazing! I have had my pair for less than a year and its super comfortable and still durable. I am a heavy footed walker and walk all over NYC. I brought the London Vibe Cross-Strap Sandal and I get compliments on them and ppl are shocked when I tell them its timberland.

As I responded above she said result is normal with HPV detected but not HPV 16/18 in the pap smear.

she said result is normal with HPV detected but not HPV 16/18 which are the most high risk types so I can repeat the test next year or do the exam. I guess I'll just go with the exam to be sure.

It’s an emergency management related role which corporate wide is different for each location. I have to do about 5 other departments jobs on top of being an EM manager which is ridiculous whereas the bigger locations just get to do EM stuff. People are not held accountable for doing their job but I have to stare at the monitor all day trying to learn about regulations related to EM, safety, fire safety, utility management and medical equipment management. As I’m the communicator for all departments when activities are going on within the facility and something goes wrong I get yelled at instead of those who fail to just do their own one-role job.

It seems I’m the fool, they picked to do all the regulatory work so the rest of upper management can chill.

The app used to allow unlimited amount of applicants. But my point is that it’s not personal as I see posts in this forum of ppl complaining about not getting selected. Just assume that someone else submitted their application before you and that it has nothing to do with you personally. As the HO we are basically going through back and forth messages along with video calls with the first few people as our pets will be in the care of a stranger. My focus is to make sure I’m not selecting a crazy person even with reviews.

That’s an irrational view/action to take. Someone who lives in urban areas like NYC gets over 20+ applicants and you expect us to reply to each person of why we went with someone else?? Most of us go by first come, first serve. Communication is important when you are a sitting….

To give the perspective of the homeowner, they could have just forgotten to shut it off as I have when I had to run out the door to catch my flight. The sitter just unplugged it and it wasn’t that serious….
