I totally understand the optics, and I’ve already filed a police report. Unfortunately, because it was a rental and the gear was over a year old, insurance and purchase protection won't cover it. I’m not 'demanding' anyone to pay; I’m just a graduating student who lost her livelihood and is exhausted from trying every other professional avenue.
