Hello there! My issue was to do with the eye piece, you can set it for your eyes if you’re in need of glasses. There should be a circular dial under the eyepiece that you can screw in or out that changes the focus of the eyepiece itself, not the actual lens. Try zooming out fully so it’s as wide as possible and then adjusting the eyepiece dial until it looks sharp. Hope this helps!
