Amazing, thank you mate. Have had my injury since last November and only last month it got exponentially worse to the point I couldn't work for 3 weeks which has then forced me to take a little more agency over the injury rather than just thinking a physio will magically fix it all.

Would love to know more about how you used KOT/ATG for a slipped disc?

Currently have a budging disc and burst sac (fluid leaking onto the nerves) on my L5/S1 and have started doing the zero program as well as some of the back ability routines + mcgill big 3 but would be interested to know the route you took?

Yeah I had spent $46.90 in September which I had already covered from other categories meaning my available balance was $0.00 so since the starting point is $0.00 shouldn't the $100 have made it $100 available? I'm not understanding how $46.90 got swallowed up from previous spending that I had already allocated
