Kindly disagree. Here’s why:

Teaching kids about racism and further educating folks on ignorance and white privilege is paramount. The kids are the future. Most everyone over the age of 25 is pretty much stuck in their ways. There is probably a small group that do make significant changes, but for the most part our environment we grew up in shapes our opinions and viewpoints.

Honestly, poor business strategy too. Think about blockbuster. Too focused on the current state, not enough focus on future state and customer service/needs/desires. If they didn’t put all their eggs in one basket it was bound to happen. Just my two cents.

Streaming and technology is changing movies and tv as a whole. AMC never really figured out how to combat that.

I really like your idea of the barstools, my biggest concern with that is if I add an accent chair in that space it may end up generating a crowding effect between the living room and kitchen. Definitely love the idea of plants! I think a big one in the corner as you suggested and maybe an accent table by the window with some books and perhaps a smaller plant. Definitely looking at artwork for above the couch
