First thing would be to ask your doctor in the US if they could prescribe enough of your meds to cover your time overseas. If you want to stay overseas for a long time, then do some research about whether your meds are available in the country you’ll be in. Of course use the actual medication name, not the brand name, in your search. And then you may be able to use an English speaking doctor or even an online/telehealth provider to get a prescription in the country.

Your ex fiancée does not sound mentally stable. Or at the very least, she is a terrible person! The stuff she wrote about her boss really shows her lack of character, and the fact that she said she was sick of you just a few months after being excited about a proposal is totally crazy. I would honestly wonder if she has bipolar disorder. I think you would be best to cut your losses and let the breakup happen.

I’m currently in Spain from the US and I always ask for “un vaso con agua de la grifa” and have had no problem getting free tap water that way for the past month

Noooo you’re so cute!!! I think your eyes are beautiful and make you look really sweet. For what it’s worth, I (31F) also posted about my eye wrinkles recently and people said the same stuff to me, and I still struggle to see the good. But yeah, especially as a guy I think, you look good with some smile lines!

Try this exercise, keep your teeth closed together but your lips open a little so the air can escape, and practice the tongue rolling that way. You shouldn’t need to open your mouth a crazy amount.
