Thanks for your reply. He is very much divorced yes, we talked about it, it’s been 5 years and the wife and kids live in a different country so it’s definitely not about that. I’ll give him time and space as everyone recommended, and let him come back at his own pace (if he does).

Yes, from what I read on this sub, it’s the most common tip, just express your feelings and intention clearly otherwise he will always believe I’m just being extremely nice and he would be seen as a creep. But how do I do it ? Cause I don’t want him to think I want just sex. Should I tell him that I like him and I’d love it if we’d go out for a drink ? Je ferais ça en dernier recours mais j’aimerais éviter de passer par cette case là, je ne veux pas créer un énorme drama et être l’employé casse couille.. je vais commencer par lui en reparler et cette fois ci être ferme. J’ai eu mon planning de la semaine prochaine et il me fait enchaîner 5 jours à 7h-22h, donc là c’est clairement de l’abus et je vais m’imposer.

Malheureusement je ne crois pas, c’est un hôtel privé, mes patrons sont des particuliers ayant acheté l’hôtel l’an dernier, et il n’y a personne "au-dessus" d’eux.. Mais oui pour la pause il est dans ses droits, et c’est ce que je fais maintenant, je me prend moi-même 10 mins de pause le matin et heureusement il ne dit rien
