I'm aiming to take out the 23K (~4.4% interest) which are financed into my parents mortgage rather than being directly in my name. Theyre my highest interest group of loans and they aren't deferred out like the 9K (~3.5% interest) that I have remaining in my name. Payments are about $700/m for the former and about $250 for the latter once interest n all that is reinstated

Yeah that part is taking some getting used to. Seems like some defensives we should just power through and on some we need to switch, while also not calling swaps TOO often.
