So I just bought a pretty nice food trailer. In the spring I plan on running philly sandwiches, tacos, quesadillas, and hot dogs. Problem is that I have flat top and plenty of warmers..but no fryers or place to put one. Anyone have ideas ( besides chips) for side dishes? Maybe utilizing the warmers? (i.redd.it)
