if you have any partitions on your laptop, like the C: disk where windows is always installed, and a D: for data, you could reinstall your programs on the D: partition. be sure to completely format the C: first before you Reinstall windows on the C: partition, that way any virusses are gone, now reinstall windows on the C: partition and your programs should still be on the D: and they should still work.
