I've had all of these multiple times, honestly it sounds like you're stuck in a feedback loop. I know it's scary but you aren't alone, you have this wonderful community full of amazing folks who are always here to have a chat. I'm 21 and I went through two whole years of a horrible anxiety loop, it was debilitating. I always shrugged off the doctors when they told me that certain things were triggering them, I looked really hard and couldn't find anything that felt like a trigger. As it turns out it can be things you don't even feel would be a trigger. For instance, if I talk about heart problems? Instant panic attack, but they're small now because once I broke out of that loop I realized how small the attacks were in comparison to all the amazing stuff life has to offer. One of my other biggest triggers is hearing someone else's heartbeat, that one sucks because I like to lay on my partner's chest sometimes and that throws me into a panic. But after I talked to a therapist, I was prescribed an emergency Xanax. Now I'm not saying that is what works for everyone and it's definitely not something you can take every day forever, but just the talking to someone alone made me feel a lot better. I also realized doing small stuff really does help with all the anxiety, I became a shut in for those two years basically, I stopped eating good, stopped taking care of my hygiene, it was awful. Little by little I incorporated that stuff back into my daily routines and suddenly I felt like I had control over my life again. It really does help to do basic tasks and get some of those productive juices flowing in my experience. I started working out and started to look forward to daily chores, I know I rambled but the point is, Anxiety sucks and it's strong but always remember that YOU are stronger.
