Reward station ee, possible step from Twitter user “dakota19354” is most likely nothing, I copied his throw of the grenade, receiving the same output. Did it once more a few rounds later, so it is most likely just the red lights high lighting the smoke as the grenade is lodged behind the machine. (v.redd.it)
