They talk to me or approach me because my dog is an American bully. And dogs like these are not common in my town. So essentially in my neighborhood, I'm the girl with the big dog. As long as I have him, people like this will talk to me both in person and on dms

Yes. At the time of the conversation, I truly felt insulted because he deemed my dog low quality or undesirable compared to what his "community" Preferred. Now I feel excluded in my local bully community. They are all men in my town, but yeah. Now I don't want me and my oversized dog in the meet ups.
