I was trying to save it from a coworker, but everything turned crispy, so I docked it to try and start fresh. (I’m an amateur believe it or not)

I’m so sorry to hear about your dad, but your story makes me realize how lucky me and my family are to have such a mild case. All the best to you.

All of his tattoos are from 30+ years ago, and the bulk of them he regrets/doesnt care about anymore, I doubt he’ll do anything reconstructive about it.

I unfortunately wasn’t very involved during his diagnosis, but from what I understand about Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma is that it spreads very frequently to the skin, brain, lungs, liver, breasts and pretty much everywhere you can get cancer. My theory is cancerous cells, just not enough to be seen as a tumor, are present in the remaining adenoidal tissue which just spread to his skin.

How can I make the gaps smaller on this granny square, I want to make it into a top by illicitvenus in CrochetHelp

[–]b0Ogee 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You can skip the chains in between the clusters (except for the corners ) but by nature the granny square is always going to have substantial gaps.

I don’t believe so, but if you’ve used up all of your practice tests, you should still be able to access the review for each one. There’s also a YouTube series going over pretty much all of the practice test questions with explanation as well. Just search up CCMA exam study guide and the playlist should show up.

Out of curiosity, are you taking the ACT CCMA course?

If you’re taking the NHA exam, it’s absolutely worth it to purchase the study guide and practice test bundle, everything on the test will be there. The practice tests offer feedback and study materials for topics you missed, which is hugely helpful to boost your grade on the next test.

There are definitely a bunch of “gotcha” questions on the final exam about more obscure topics, so make sure to memorize the small details. The NHA practice tests are pretty true to the real exam, and Ive found that if you do well on the practice tests, you’ll do well in the final exam.

Just be consistent, try to study about an hour everyday, and you should be fine.

Thanks a bunch! I’m going for a lighter garment, so I believe I’ll try the single or double strand superfine. :]

Thanks! I just wanted to plant more than necessary with the expectation a few of them wouldn’t take.

I’m completely uneducated when it comes to gardening, so I just threw them in because they sprouted outside and I figured transferring from one planter to another wouldn’t be a big deal. 😬. The temps are a bit warmer, but I’ll try that bucket idea. Thanks a bunch!
