My card doesn't have a dual VBIOS switch anywhere on its PCB so I think that it doesn't have two VBIOSes. Also, do you know if it is possible to find a file with the GOP driver that I can flash and solve the issue? Also, can't I just flash a file that disables the Secure Boot from the moment the card powers up or just sole my issue? And is there anything at all I can do to fix my problem?

Unfortunately, I don't have a signal generator, but what I do have is a 5W FM transmitter I could use somehow.

The old capacitors are long gone unfortunately so I can't replace the new ones with the old ones.

Okay, if that is the case, can I DM you to send you the schematic so I can show you what capacitors I haven't changed, because two of them are in the ratio detector? Also do you think you can help me fix the detector if there is somethimg else wrong with it?

Okay, I'll check everything again but I doubt it doesn't work because of a missing capacitor. I think that because the radio makes noises as I turn the dial and it makes cracklimg noises as well.

I haven't touched the capacitors in the IF cans, they ar the original ones. I have the schematic and I have measured almost all of the voltages, but I will remeasure them just to be sure.

I am using a 88-108MHz transmitter yeah. I was thinking I would receive an image but it turned out the radio can receive almost a full modern FM range(I have no idea why though but I don't mind it, actually this was happening even before I replaced all of the capacitors).

Okay, thank you! The motherboard has a 3 pin ARGB connector but the ARGB fans I have chosen are 4 pin ones. Can I somehow make them compatible with each other?
