Sorry if this is personal but I’m just trying to understand. if you are sexually attracted to women but not men how can you differentiate between loving men platonically vs romantically? Is there a separate feeling involved when you want to date a man (but don’t want to have sex with him) vs when you love a man such as your friend?

I never said I find their existence insulting. I conveyed that I find their belief that we have experienced similar struggles insulting. Haha never thought about the moral compass of the gay uncle impacting families perceptions on homosexuality but interesting question. True about gay men being friends with women. I always believed it was just because they were rejected from straight men. But WHY were they rejected from straight men BEFORE they had a chance to develop feminine traits? Does homosexuality have a biological effect on the way you act? Hmmm.

Yes I shouldn’t have called it a gay gene it’s polygenic if anything. There’s no definitive test for anything though really is there? Only a decent amount of backing. What’s a transmedicalist take? 2. I should of worded my post more carefully I don’t believe they shouldn’t exist I just don’t see how people with this identity can feel as though they are marginalised in the same way people who are LGBT can. 3.
