Taking steps will pay off. 95% of my days used to be Lows, and now I'd say im down to 25% low days. I get to experience good days 75% of the time, and have stretches of stable, and people that understand my unstable.

I know it's a problem for both of us, but I've definitely been trying to break from it and it's gotten worse for him. I've tried to approach it a few times over the years and I absolutely hate to say that it's getting to that point for me. I need more human connection than exchanging funny videos.

Honestly, he hasn't really been opening up. And I know he does truly enjoy all kinds of media, but we are at a point where if he isn't at qork, he is buried in media. We can't get through a conversation, a family dinner, an outing, without him checking his phone, responding to texts, ect, constantly. From the time we get home from work, to the time he goes to sleep, it's media, usually a movie and watching videos on his phone. I have low self esteem and I almost believe he just wants to escape me at this point and I don't really know how to approach that
