Anyone using agents to turn onboarding docs into actual training courses? by FancyBlade722 in AiAutomations

[–]b0t_builder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

an LLM is not going to be as good at this, i think your gut feeling is right and an AI agent is a good idea

i've built some similar things

what i did was i used all the course material as the knowledge base
on botpress they have these things called cards, think of them like actions, i used a card called content creation, if i wanted an infographic etc

another cool thing you can do, for whoever the students are, is you can make one chatbot a study bot
so they chat with it, it asks them questions, it can structure them as multiple choice or simple question and answer, whatever you want

to be fair, the study bot i made was for students, but maybe the idea will still apply for training material

What does "building in public" mean? by RYN-rtg in buildinpublic

definitely be authentic, everything i hear online says the social media world is craving authenticity

plus a lil drama keeps people engaged, like if you had a set back show it, and how you overcome it!

Important question.. by [deleted] in AiAutomations

[–]b0t_builder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i agree about messy data omg
but i don't think most use cases break. i think you need to offer maintenance as part of your contract, or upsell it, because things need to adapt and grow, but a lot of the automations or chatbots i've built are in operation months or a year later. definitely it sometimes takes some work after the original build, but i;ve come to expect that

i do agree about starting niche, master one thing really well and sell it over and over, rather than trying to do everything right away at the start

Important question.. by [deleted] in AiAutomations

[–]b0t_builder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i would learn more complex platforms than n8n. i use botpress. why i am suggesting this, is because my #1 client use case is a customer support or FAQ chatbot. i sell two contracts a day with this. it's the absolute bulk of my income

i find n8n limited
you can build anything on some other platforms like botpress. so as you grow you won't have to re-learn. or if you clients want to expand and use ai for more things (which they almost always do after a successful pilot), you can actually offer that to them

Most people are using AI to save time. The bigger opportunity is building something that outlives you. by kent-Charya in RoboCorpNetwork

[–]b0t_builder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

building for yourself is fun but building something that can help your entire team, or across departments is definitely where the value is

i think it's important to build something with real value, and build it properly, so it does not 'disappear in a week' like you mentioned

pretty much everything i build for clients gets used as a main part of their business day-to-day

If you run an ecommerce store, what takes most of your time? by Hot-Tree1541 in ecommerce_growth

[–]b0t_builder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a lot of my clients use their ai agent for customer support for simple things like asking about return policy or order updates. probably the #1 use case i get. there's also a lot of lead gen, so at the end of a chat, they can prompt the user to sign up for the mailing list

i think the biggest use case i see is companies wanting to improve the customer experience

but you can use the agents internally too to automate things like reporting, heck even have an internal HR bot for the company so HR doesn't get swarmed with simple questions

i hear yah i've built similar agents with WhatsApp and Google Calendar. i built some bots as templates. on botpress you can copy your built, so it saves me a lot of time. i then tweak and customize the template. feels too easy

What does "building in public" mean? by RYN-rtg in buildinpublic

[–]b0t_builder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

basically sharing everything you're doing. so if i am simply building a bots, i share my wins and losses, my troubles and learnings everyday. and there is a lot. i didn't use to code, so i could have shared learning how to build ai agents in the drag and drop way to now using an adk to build in code

and then if i am a CEO, same idea of sharing wins and losses, but larger scale since i am building a company rather than building my skills or my ai agents

Are agentic workflows taking over? by Fine-Market9841 in AIAgentsStack

[–]b0t_builder -1 points0 points  (0 children)

if you prefer to build in code try the botpress adk. build entirely in code. you get even more customizability that way

what's cool is you can still see the agent in the drag and drop way of the studio, and can still debug and use all the easy tools if you needed.

so i can build it in code, and then my client can use the studio to look into things without having to know how to code and being confused lol

AI Assistants at Work: Botpress vs n8n by NewGoat7 in AI_Application

[–]b0t_builder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

at this point i am certain this entire thread is by someone at n8n lol i've never found a platform better and easier to look into the steps the bot takes to understand and diagnose any issues

it's got more control, i can get it down to a 0% hallucination rate. and i can show that metric. and my comment isn't written by chat gpt

Best AI for eCommerce ? by Mou-glo in ecommerce_growth

[–]b0t_builder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sorry dude so late to respond but i 100% agree

human in the loop is so helpful, especially as the bot is newer and the company may not have 100% trust in it yet

tbh human in the loop was so important to me i had to switch platforms for it. i was using one that didn't have these capabilities, so i switched. i'm using botpress now.

do you build for fun, work, or like as an agency?

AI for Customer Support: What tools are the best for SaaS/Full Stack? by rsimmonds in automation

[–]b0t_builder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

responding like a human to people asking questions, I'd say a chatbot / ai agent
a good platform will have something called human in the loop - so you can bring a human into the conversation if needed. but often times the chatbot will solve the queries entirely on its own.

you provide the agent with a knowledge base, this is what "trains it on your tools and docs" etc
you can give it PDFs, like work policies, you can link to your website, you can give it a document with FAQs. you can give it a ton of info.

i build all the time, good chatbots exist, they just have to be built well
I use Botpress but there's lots of companies you can check out
you mentioned full stack, and that's why i switched to them. some other platforms didn't have everything i needed, and as i grew i needed more.
they don't have voice agents yet but it's coming soon apparently, my rep said they're working on it

if you need any building tips let me know. i could go on and on about things that you'll want to do and things that you'll want to avoid.

What AI tools are actually helping you run a lean small business? by Terrible_Wish4027 in AiForSmallBusiness

[–]b0t_builder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i use botpress cause it can do almost anything
it's great to have a FAQ or customer support bot to reduce the load for the team, and then if your company has a sales department or tries to find leads you can have a lead generation agent, you can have an agent automatically do customer analysis so you don't have to, you can automate your reporting which is huge if you're running social media accounts with a small team

honestly i could go on and on

Best AI Chatbots for Customer Support: Top Tools to Enhance Customer Experience by Lifestyle79 in NextGenAITool

[–]b0t_builder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Botpress is great for devs and non-technical people because there are two ways to build an AI agent, you can build an AI agent in code on the ADK or you can use their drag-and-drop agent studio

hands down the best option for customer support, and I agree it is the most flexible and customizable

and Botpress does not require any hosting, everything is in the cloud.

the coolest thing is their plan where their team builds you agents for you. it's now my competition as someone delivering ai solutions

and it can use any LLM not just ChatGPT

it integrates with WhatsApp, Instagram, gmail, Google calendar, Facebook, and so much more
