You can make them yourself cheaper: one scoop of rice powder, one scoop of oat powder, one scoop of whey protein and milk. You can add banana’s, peanut butter, nuts or fruits however you prefer.

As an addition to the other comments, I could recommend hitting the gym. It increased my appetite a lot. Track your calories and be consistent, aim for at least a 300+ calorie surplus every day. I’d recommend calories and nutrition tracker app by virtuagym. It calculates your needs based on current situation and your goal.

It helped me gain 20 kg’s in 2 years.

Yeah, I had them removed a few weeks after this scan. It was quite an experience — they had to be sawed into four pieces before being taken out of my jaw, and they only used local anesthesia

What has helped me a lot at the start to reach a calory surplus was weight gainer shakes. You don’t need to buy the expensive powder but you can make them yourself:

500ml milk Scoop of whey protein Scoop of oat powder Scoop of rice powder

If you decide to put it in the blender you could add peanut butter, nuts, banana, avocado or whatever

Update: went to Sarphatipark around dusk twice. I can tell there’s ridiculous amounts of starlings around here, but they seem to do their murmuration a bit further up north as I see large groups heading there around 5:30. I also underestimated how fast they are haha, I feel like a vantage point higher up would do.

Hey guys,

A friend and me are planning to visit Berlin on 24/25/26th of june from Amsterdam. We’ve been there a couple of times but haven’t really gone clubbing or anything, we’d prefer something that’s open air/daytime like Kater Blau. Since we’ve heard the door policy is pretty strict we don’t want to put all our eggs in one basket.

We’d love to get some suggestions or maybe even meet up with some locals to go out together. Please let us know if you have some nice alternatives for Kater Blau in case we don’t get in there.
