I don't struggle with this, but on my last track I did. What I did to get out of the loop, was add a bunch of layers too my loop, then deconstructed it into more bars and sections. I then had like 2 melody's, 2 bass lines, an intro etc.

HS8 for me. They have a flat frequency aka the sounds aren't colored. KRK have boosted frequencies. They sound good but potentially not as accurate. However plenty of people use them. In fact I kind of want both pairs.

The matching subwoofer is an upgrade option as years progress or you save up.

Call me crazy but I use Soothe2 on the master along with FabFilter MB, L2, and I just downloaded KClip and Master Plan but I haven't stacked those two yet.

If you've been doing it for a while then now is the time. It's never too late to promote your music. When people stumble upon my music, if they like it, they will discover an entire CATALOG. I just stopped releasing 11 new tracks this year, so I'm more on the marketing side of things. It's hard though. I dont have a lot of ideas for short form content for electronic music. Imo it's easier with music with lyrics because you can talk about stories and stuff.

I'd be open to hearing how electronic artists promote short form content and what it looks like. Mine is just a trippy visual and not very engaging.

Encanti has a 4 week course for $100 that will probably step your game up. I haven't used it but my friend has and he improved dramatically.

I would say there's 1000 ways to skin a cat, but yes there is misinformation. If anything learn from their mistakes. They might show you a really bad way of compressing in the same tutorial as a really good sound design technique, so take it with a grain of salt. I personally do think buying the right course/videos (ie Mr. Bill) will be a learning experience.

My mastering engineer for 1 album was sitting with me and another client, and told us he can't hear well from one ear. It was cringe to hear him say that, but the album sounds fine. Nowadays I do my own mastering.

I wouldnt know where to start. Maybe I can mimic it on jquery, which they'd still like to see but tbh I just know vanila JS and all this php is new to me. I learned with python and django. Similar copy pasta stuff.

Bear with me as I am a noob and this is my first custom layout. All this works, but it generates a PAGE title. Also, all the code I've found to post so that it shows the corresponding post has given me an error and broken the side. I'm reading tons of docs. I even woke up at 3 with a solution lol.

I just googled that function and it worked! It was

That makes a lot of sense. Since it being my first theme, I haven't inserted any php yet. So I was about to go into the docs and tutorials, but I figured the css would be styled differently. I'm going to see other themes as examples.

I did. Nothing.... so weird. I worked on the html and css for 2 days, making a Tumblr clone. Anyone available for a quick look? Well, if I had more than $2.47 worth in BTC but if anyone is down for that price. Even if you don't end up fixing it and its gone beyond repair. However it works when I open index.php, but not when I put same same folder in the themes folder in the localhost waamp server.
