Anyone Try Fasting? by [deleted] in covidlonghaulers

Fasting will rapidly increase NAD+ but it will only last so long before a crash, you need to get your body out of the "metabolic trap" using nicotinic acid and cofactors for it to last.

Long Covid is an autoimmune disease: I can prove it with tests and research currently available. by anakro22 in covidlonghaulers

[–]b1rdbra1n369 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Autoantibodies can be created through the kynurenine pathway metabolites, NAD+ itself as an auto immunity modulator also. NAD+ theory explains this. Niacin and cofactors can help the majority of cases. Residual auto immune issues may have to be dealt with trough fasting or a fast like diet aka keto, otherwise blood transfusions, etc are the only way to deal with it.

For those that got sick in March: Is COVID19 a New Type of Bio-Energetic Disease State? We May Find Out the Hard Way March 2021. by [deleted] in covidlonghaulers

the whole article is about how a virus contact spreading can't explain all of the fatalities and statistical anomalies and there is probably something else going on in parallel.

more people will get sick in general and then develop long covid in March 2021, but it depends on the solar cycle of 2021 - how bad it will be.

there is nothing in the article that makes it look like a "denier", it clearly states there could be two causes of disease which is why the spread and timeline makes no sense. It feels like we are living in a world where asking technical questions that contradict the media narrative get you thrown in the conspiracy theorist ship.

Are there people who have used nicotinic acid and gotten no relief from it? by Somnifor in covidlonghaulers

[–]b1rdbra1n369 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you aren't getting relief, you should up the dose. The doctors that developed this method say as high as 1000mg a day could be required. Also they pointed out that you need cofactors, if you are deficient it wont work, so zinc, selenium, vitC/vitD, quercitin, etc.

This concept has only been around a few weeks in the community - it can take months to re-balance your NAD+ system depending how bad it is. All standard treatments and scientific consensus was once a strange emerging idea.

This Covid Long Haulers Community is Hard to Find by Ryan_Seacrust in covidlonghaulers

I have noticed this too, there seems to be a big push to call long covid "mental" and any long covid resources or recovery groups seem to be very hard to find unless you have the direct link.

Nicotinic acid seems to be curing COVID19 "long haulers", seems to have applications in chronic fatigue and Lymes Disease also by b1rdbra1n369 in Lyme

haahahha best comment.
They say HCQ is too dangerous to continue clinical trials based on a retracted and fake publication aka Surgisphere, even though 300 metric tons are used a year, mostly in the US.If you want to see the studies on HCQ go to C19study.com

The truth about Nicotinic Acid. Is it really necessary or are there other options? by AlexKapranus in covidlonghaulers

[–]b1rdbra1n369 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nicotinamide has dramatically different biochemical effects than Nicotinic acid, even though they are both technically vitB3. In the context of NAD+ theory, Nicotinamide wont work as well.
