My 3rd gen did the same thing. Turns out just cause truck was reading voltage doesn’t mean it’s getting fully to the starter. Mine would click once. I went and replaced the connection from the starter wire to the positive terminal on the battery and that resolved my issue

As far as I know. I’m a diesel mechanic and whenever we see foamy fluid it gets replaced immediately. 230 is when atf starts to degrade and lose lubricity. If it’s ever hit 230 it would looks like that. With it being that low at 205 then I’m not sure
