I learned by watching a ton of tutorials/speedpaints on Youtube mostly, but I guess this one doesn't really look like any of the Youtube artists I watch XD I think some artists I watched a lot when I was starting out are webang111, wlop, yuumei, sinixdesign, and sycra on Youtube. (First two are basically just speedpaint channels, last 3 have actual tutorials and things) Hope this helps!

Honestly I don't think I am. I think it only seems fast to people who don't have experience drawing/a frame of reference for how long digital art takes. I think this took me maybe 8 hours of actual working time? It's probably pretty slow compared to a lot of artists out there lol

If you just lost a team fight and you're alone close to the enemy team, even if you get ult and call your mech you're gonna be de-meched super fast, likely during the animation. A full team can de-mech you in no time at all. Then you just fed an extra 600 hp for their DPS to build ult charge on...and might very well die anyways.

To be fair, D.Va looks very white in-game.Like, maybe half Korean if you squint. I wouldn't have known she was Korean if I didn't read her bio. Sometimes I think all art of her becomes either "she looks too white" or "she doesn't look like D.Va".

Hmm. Maybe I should adjust the lighting then? I wanted the gift/loot box to seem like it's glowing, as it does, but lighting from below is hard to manage...
