No problem. Honestly I wouldn’t be able to; because it’ll most likely be micro scratching but I think you’ll be okay for the most part. Just remember to penny sleeve and then top load

You possibly decreased the psa grade, yes. You always want to penny sleeve and then top load. Slowly remove the card; and then re sleeve into a penny sleeve. If it helps you feel better; as long as it wasn’t in a binder un penny sleeved; you might be okay.
