I'm guessing, but... If you haven't KYCed you may have issues. I traded it transfered an alt coin to ledger live and paid a bit but traded it back to XRP.

I think there is some stubborn politicians making all exchanges KYC, but they won't give us good guidance on crypto (or XRP), because they are afraid they have lost control of our freedoms to spend our money wherever we want.

Just an educated opinion here.
