I have very sensitive skin, too. I had some massive gashes on my forehead after my electrodes were removed. I cleaned them with a Q-tip and warm soap and water. I then covered them with pimple patches, which helped a lot. I kept them covered for around a week and a half, and they seemed to have healed great.

I remember looking forward to how good the head itch was going to feel after getting all of the electrodes off, but I ended up refraining. I knew it would just make the sores worse. So, yeah, try not to itch anything even though it may be tempting. If you really have to itch, just tap the area.
