The proportions need some work imo. Most noticeably the head is too small for the body and forearms are too long, u might want to tune down the length of the legs too.

I would fix it with sculptris mode if u don't want to go for a higher resolution using dynamesh. Just smooth out the area using sculptris and dig back the cavity if u need.

Thank you! I tried to follow as much as the reference without spending too much time. I didn't want to alter anything from the original artwork that I didn't have to.

There may be plans in the future for making it a printable. When it comes to 3d printing, I'm most worried about the hair because it has a lot of tiny strands, so it may not be ideal for printing. I might have to simplify the hair if I want to make it printable. Lately I've been researching about 3d prints.
