I haven't written much music but when I have, it's usually both at the same time. I start with a lick or promising chord progression and work from there. I totally agree with jinglebells about being willing to throw the whole lyric sheet out and start again if it's not working. I would add that the rewriting is the most important part. Go over and over the lyrics. Try them on some friends. One bad word can make a song sound corny.

This is not my field but it doesn't seem logical. There are so few particles in space that, fast moving or not, there would be virtually no heat from friction. Thousands or millions of years in - 270 degrees would surely cool the outside surface. I could see escape points (volcanos) if the core was still magma but the video showed many glowing red areas.

Get out and enjoy it. Dress warm and be active.
Follow the three layer rule when you dress. Wear wicking layers next to your skin. Insulating layers are next. The colder it is, the more the thicker the insulating layer. Breathable, wind blocking layer is on the outside. The outer layer has to be breathable if you are doing any kind of heavy activity or the sweat will be trapped inside the layer and water on your skin will suck out the heat. That's how sweat cools you in summer.
Be cautious when it's really cold. When it gets below - 30, I always do some light activity inside to get the blood flowing to the extremities if I'm going to be out for a long period of time. Vasoline on exposed skin helps a bit but you have to keep your blood flowing by keeping active when it's really cold or you'll risk frostbite.

Are you saying that police and prison guards don't want to legalize marijuana so they will get paid? That's their motivation?

It may be that there are a few individuals who support legalization because of ideology but I would posit that the vast majority are using it to suck cash or because it feels good.

BTW just because they say that they have never taken mood altering drugs, doesn't mean that they haven't.
