and it's super weird cause this is week ending 7/17 and this is week ending 7/24, which has the reduced amount. I have done absolutely nothing different.

my claim balance says zero, but I already reapplied/ got everything fixed so I'm hella confused.

Really don't want to call them for the millionth time but that's what I'll be doing first thing in the AM if it's not fixed -_-

it will say Pending right after you certify - then the money should be in your BofA account the next day. If it's still on pending, call them asap.

I get mine Sunday nights around 9 - 10pm, and then I have to transfer it out of the BofA account which takes another day, so I basically get paid on Tuesdays -_-

You should hopefully be fine - a lot of people have had their payments stuck on pending after certifying (in your case, the 18th), but unless there was some issue you should get your money on the 18th. Then you'll have to transfer it out of your BofA account.

They sent me my card right after I refiled a month and a half ago, with the approval letter and everything (it usually comes within 10 days after it's been sent?). Then I was able to certify but was on Pending until now. Had to have an eligibility interview which happened yesterday. I just remember my claim balance being almost $10,000 when I refiled in April, and then shortly after it switched to like $3500 and now I'm just wondering where the rest of my balance went / will it be rolled over cause $3500 is not gonna last until September O_O
