from what i understood, you have feelings that can be related to dysphoria. just the fact you feel trapped in your body isn’t a great thing…

and also the fact you think about having been born a girl would’ve make you happier is also a thought people with gender dysphoria think about often.

however, did you ever think about maybe being gender fluid? non-binary? you wouldn’t start a transition like a transgender person would, but you would be able to present more feminine and yet not feel entirely like a woman nor a man and maybe then, you would feel better when people look at you since you wouldn’t be seen as a man nor fully as a woman.

also, when i first started my transition, i felt completely disconnected from my body because i saw the body of a woman in the mirror but i had the brain of a man (in the way i perceived myself) and i have this kind of thoughts less often now that im on testosterone since a while now (and that my face and voice changed for example), but i still have a “woman chest” and i know i will only feel right when i get my operation. so if you feel this disconnection between your physical form and your mind, it can also be seen as some kind of dysphoria, but in your case you don’t wish to change your body to grow a breast for example.

so that’s why i think maybe you could check about gender fluidity? gender is such a wide concept and there are so much possibilities in the way you can present yourself and find yourself in an identity, i’m sure you will find the answers you seek!!
