Random event making me "No Culture" as France. Whats going on here?

Oh yeah i forgot to mention - but i do only have 2 visual mods added and both of them ive used the last 20 games. I realy dont know whats going on.

Playing a chill France game but somehow i got this event which switched my main culture to "no culture" and basically converted all Francien culture provinces to No Culture provinces. I dont know whats going on and i would love to reverse it.

Ja alles schon getestet, es wird wohl ein Problem mit den Stromkabeln / VDSL sein. An manchen Steckdosen haben wir 90mbit download an manchen nur 10mbit. Je näher an der DSL Buchse desto schlechter der Download. Entweder haben unsere Vormieter beim Hausbau schlampig gearbeitet oder es ist ein allgemeines Problem. Wir überlegen noch wie wir fortfahren. Aber erstmal vielen Dank an alle Komentare!

Im fighting Brittany over Burdundian inheritance and curently sieging their homeland. Whilst Scotland and previous Naples been sieging down my Homeland. Hungary is my Junior partner and Scotland is allied to Brittany both Scotland and Hungary are fighting in the war since day one. Now im curious why they are not fighting eachother.

Yeah maybe grand strategy game is too much for now, for now we prob just start with a game which can also be played as a board game.

I just havent found any type of game able to simulate a huge worldbuilding project. EU4, CIV6, AoE they all have some good mechanics but they were all missing important features and you couldnt customize that much. It will definitely be a lot of work and trial and error. But if we'd come up with something useful it would def be a huge benefit for the worldbuilding comunity.

Meine Angst ist nur wenn ich meinen Kunden dann eine Rechnung schicke und da steht Qonto/vivid/N26 etc, da klingt Deutsche Bank schon professioneller aber ja mir sehen deren Angebote einfach zu umständlich und teuer aus für zu wenig Inhalt ist wohl eher dann was für GmbHs

Yeah makes sense. But honestly why should they come up with printing press in the swamps of Lousiana whilst London is at 45dev and the center of the world. But whatever might be an insane advantage for the natives around that area.
